Hit CP tonight for a brisk loop.
Trail was in good shape, not great, but good. Some serious face slapper and lots of leaves still on the trail. This mad for a tricky trail in spots
These things did nto affect my pace as much as my hand. The cut in my palm hurt as well as the thumb issue from the crash over a month ago. All in all my time was a solid 42 mins and I know with a few tweeks im under 40.
