Been off the bike for a bit due to the snow… Havent hit spin in a couple of weeks because I was heading to “New Orlahns” for my yearly tool expo (yes a saw a lot of tools). Didnt want to risk getting sick with all these bugs and viruses going around.
Landed home on weds and yes…I hit spin of thursday with a vengeance. Watts were up and I felt great because i think I over trained 2 weeks ago.

Today I hit MVH for a quickie. Had a blast and the trail was dry with no puddles.
I rode conservative…but did hammer here and there.
How fast was my lap…I dont know, but my coffee was still warm when I got back.
