There is no option for how far you to roll the bar. its set to one spot and that i it…wouldnt work for me.
bare in mind every body is shaped different. longer or shorter torso… That helps determine where you would set the bars…also some people like to roll them forward or back.

Just an observation. They had these bars way back when… as you remember… didnt last.
Its like they try to reinvent stuff that didnt work way back when… Bio Rings… out a new twist on it and … its the greatest.
